South Melbourne FC will play in their first-ever Australian Cup final, following an impressive 3-1 victory over Lions FC in their semi-final clash.
The OFC Pro League finalists make history as just the third non-A-League side to reach the final, where Sinisa Cohadzic's side will play city rivals Melbourne Victory at AMMI Park in Melbourne next month.
Bul Juach was the hero for Hellas, netting a hat-trick as they came from a goal down to overpower Lions FC at a raucous Lakeside Stadium.
Jackson Hart-Phillips had given Lions FC a first-half lead, latching on to a Luke Broderick cutback to fire home the opener.
Juach was brought on for the second period and the forward made an immediate impact, levelling the score just eight minutes into the half.
He would then complete the turnaround on the hour mark, meeting a pinpoint cross from Hassan Ramazani to give South Melbourne the lead for the first time on the night.
All the momentum was with Hellas and they sealed their spot in the final with Juach completing his hat-trick in the 83rd minute - scrambling in from close range to put the result beyond doubt.
With Melbourne Victory winning 2-0 against Sydney FC in the other semi-final, it sets up a mouthwatering cross-city clash, when the two teams meet in the final on October 10.
