Pacific Flights Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Oceania Football Confederation Incorporated ("Promoter").
2. Promotion
2.1 The promotion is a prize giveaway ("Promotion") conducted and advertised by the Promoter in connection with ticket sales for the OFC Pro League Final at Eden Park, Auckland, New Zealand.
2.2 The Promotion is intended to celebrate and engage all Pacific communities in Aotearoa New Zealand through the OFC Pro League Final.
2.3 The Promotion offers eligible entrants the chance to win return flights home to Fiji, Solomon Islands, or Vanuatu (as further described below).
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to any individual aged 18 years or over who purchases a valid ticket to the OFC Pro League Final and attends the event at Eden Park, Auckland, New Zealand during the Promotion Period ("Entrant"). Persons under 18 years of age are not eligible to enter.
3.2 To be eligible for entry into the draw, the Entrant’s ticket must be successfully scanned for entry at Eden Park on match day. Tickets purchased but not scanned for entry will not qualify.
3.3 Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter and any organisations directly involved in the management or administration of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Each valid ticket purchased and successfully scanned for entry to the OFC Pro League Final constitutes one entry into the draw.
4.2 No separate registration is required; entry is automatic upon the successful scanning of a valid ticket at Eden Park on match day. By entering, Entrants are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 One entry per ticket only. Complimentary tickets, staff tickets, refunded, cancelled or voided tickets, and any tickets not purchased through the Promoter's authorised sales channels do not qualify.
4.4 The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Promotion Period
5.1 The Promotion opens on 16 May 2026 and closes on 24 May 2026 at 3:00pm New Zealand time ("Promotion Period"). Only valid ticket scans recorded during the Promotion Period will be entered into the draw.
5.2 The draw will take place on 24 May 2026 after the close of the Promotion Period.
6. Prize
6.1 Two (2) winners will each receive two (2) return economy class flights from Auckland, New Zealand to one of the following destinations ("Prize"):
(a) Fiji;
(b) Solomon Islands; or
(c) Vanuatu.
6.2 Each winner may choose one (1) destination only from the options listed in clause 6.1.
6.3 Each Prize includes airfare only. Accommodation, airport transfers, visas, passports, travel insurance, meals, spending money, taxes (unless included in the airfare), and all other expenses are excluded unless expressly stated by the Promoter.
6.4 Each winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary.
7. Prize Draw
7.1 Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible scanned ticket entries received during the Promotion Period.
7.2 Each winner will be entitled to choose one (1) destination only from the following options:
(a) Fiji;
(b) Solomon Islands; or
(c) Vanuatu.
7.3 The draw may take place during or immediately following the OFC Pro League Final at Eden Park.
8. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
8.1 Winners may be announced at the stadium and/or contacted using the contact details associated with their ticket purchase.
8.2 If a winner is not present at the venue at the time of the draw, cannot be contacted using the contact details associated with their ticket purchase within a reasonable time, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a re-draw for that winner’s Prize.
8.3 Re-draws may continue until each Prize is claimed by an eligible winner.
9. Prize Conditions
9.1 Each Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
9.2 Travel dates are subject to airline availability and blackout periods.
9.3 Travel must be booked and completed within twelve (12) months of the draw date unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
9.4 If any destination becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the destination or Prize with an alternative of substantially equivalent value.
9.5 If the OFC Pro League Final is postponed, cancelled, or materially changed, the Promoter may amend, postpone or withdraw the Promotion or the Prize, subject to applicable law.
10. Traveller Conduct and Responsibility
10.1 Each winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and all other required travel documentation.
10.2 Each winner and their travel companion must comply with all airline conditions of carriage and applicable laws and regulations during travel.
11. Liability
11.1 Participation in this Promotion and acceptance of the Prize is at each winner’s and their travel companion’s own risk.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, cancellation, or expense suffered in connection with a Prize or the Promotion.
12. Publicity
12.1 By accepting the Prize, each winner consents to their name, image, and likeness being used for reasonable promotional purposes related to this Promotion, unless they advise otherwise.
13. Privacy
13.1 Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion, including ticket purchase and scan information, will be used for administering the Promotion, contacting the winners, awarding the Prize, and related publicity where permitted, and may be shared with service providers as needed for those purposes or as required by law.
14. General
14.1 All decisions made by the Promoter in connection with this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.
14.2 The Promoter reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions and/or extend, cancel, suspend or amend this Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control, technical issues, suspected tampering, fraud, or legal or operational requirements.
14.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
