VIP Experience Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Oceania Football Confederation Incorporated ("Promoter").
2. Promotion
2.1 The promotion is a prize giveaway ("Promotion") conducted and advertised by the Promoter in connection with Round 6 match-day ticket sales. The Promotion offers eligible entrants the chance to win VIP Passes to the first-ever OFC Pro League Final at Eden Park, Auckland, New Zealand on 24 May 2026 (as further described below).
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to any individual aged 18 years or over who purchases one or more valid tickets to a Round 6 match during the Promotion Period ("Entrant"). Persons under 18 years of age are not eligible to enter.
3.2 Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter and any organisations directly involved in the management or administration of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Each valid ticket purchased by an Entrant to a Round 6 match during the Promotion Period constitutes one entry into the draw. The more tickets an Entrant purchases, the more entries they receive.
4.2 No separate registration is required; entry is automatic upon purchase of each valid ticket.
4.3 One entry per ticket only. Complimentary tickets, staff tickets, and any tickets not purchased through the Promoter's authorised sales channels do not qualify.
5. Promotion Period
5.1 The Promotion opens on 9 May 2026 and closes on 21 May 2026 ("Promotion Period").
5.2 The draw will take place on 22nd May 2026 , prior to the relevant Round 6 match.
6. Prize
6.1 Four winners will each receive two (2) VIP Passes granting access to the VIP lounge at the first-ever OFC Pro League Final at Eden Park, Auckland, New Zealand on 24 May 2026 ("Prize"). Each winner may bring one guest using their second VIP Pass.
6.2 The Prize includes VIP lounge entry at Eden Park on 24 May 2026 only. Travel, accommodation, food, beverages, and all other expenses are excluded unless expressly stated by the Promoter.
7. Prize Draw
7.1 Four winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
8.1 Each winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their ticket purchase.
8.2 If a winner does not claim the Prize within 24 hours of notification, a re-draw will occur for that Prize. Re-draws will continue until all four Prizes are claimed.
9. Prize Conditions
9.1 Each Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The VIP Passes are issued to the winner and their nominated guest only and may not be given, sold, or otherwise transferred to any other person.
9.2 If the event is postponed, cancelled, or changed, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize or withdraw it at its discretion.
10. VIP Lounge Entry Conditions and Code of Conduct
10.1 Each winner and their guest must comply with the following conditions when accessing the VIP lounge at Eden Park:
(a) A business casual dress code applies. Closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times within the VIP area.
(b) Each winner and their guest must conduct themselves in an orderly, respectful, and responsible manner at all times.
(c) Any misconduct, disruptive behaviour, or failure to comply with these conditions or any reasonable directions of the Promoter or venue staff may result in immediate removal from the VIP lounge and/or the venue without refund, compensation, or further recourse.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to impose additional entry requirements or conditions for the VIP lounge at its sole discretion.
11. Liability
11.1 Attendance at the OFC Pro League Final, including access to the VIP lounge at Eden Park, is at each winner's and their guest's own risk.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage suffered in connection with the Prize, including but not limited to any loss or injury arising from attendance at the VIP lounge or the event generally.
12. Publicity
12.1 By accepting the Prize, each winner consents to their name being used for reasonable promotional purposes related to this Promotion, unless they advise otherwise.
13. Privacy
13.1 Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner, and awarding the Prize, and will not be used for any other purpose except as required by law.
14. General
14.1 All decisions made by the Promoter in connection with this Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.2 The Promoter reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions and/or extend, cancel, or amend this Promotion at any time.
14.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
