Ticket Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Oceania Football Confederation Incorporated (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion 

2.1 The promotion is a radio giveaway conducted in Fiji, advertised and facilitated through local radio station FBC Radio (“Radio Station”).

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to individuals who are able to participate via the Radio Station during the promotion period. Entrants must be located in Fiji. If an entrant is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

3.2 One entry per person only. Employees of the Promoter and the Radio Station are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter

4.1 Eligible listeners must enter the promotion in the manner directed by the Radio Station on‑air.

4.2 The first five valid entrants received by the Radio Station will be shortlisted as entrants for the draw.

5. Promotion period

5.1 The promotion opens and closes on the day the giveaway is conducted on‑air, at the times determined by the Radio Station.

5.2 The draw will take place on the same day, prior to the relevant match weekend.

6. Prize

6.1 The prize consists of one double pass (two tickets) to Match Day 1 in Suva, granting entry to both games.

6.2 The prize includes entry only. Travel, accommodation, food, and all other expenses are excluded.

7. Prize draw

7.1 The winner will be selected at random from the five shortlisted entrants.

8. Winner notification and claiming the prize

8.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.

8.2 If the winner does not claim the prize within 24 hours, a re‑draw will occur. Re‑draws will continue until the prize is claimed.

9. Prize conditions

9.1 The prize is non‑transferable and not redeemable for cash.

9.2 If the event is postponed, cancelled, or changed, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or withdraw it at its discretion.

10. Liability

10.1 Attendance at the event is at the winner’s own risk.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage suffered in connection with the prize.

11. Publicity

11.1 By accepting the prize, the winner consents to their name being used for reasonable promotional purposes related to this promotion, unless they advise otherwise.

12. Privacy 

12.1 Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and awarding the prize, and will not be used for any other purpose except as required by law.

13. General 

13.1 All decisions made by the Promoter in connection with this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13.2 The Promoter reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions and/or extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
