Each team will play their respective group opponents once more, with the top three from the Leaders group advancing to the semi-finals.

The semi-finals and final will be single leg matches, played at a central venue
The two semi-final winners will meet in the final, to crown the inaugural OFC Pro League champions.
The OFC Pro League will also determine who represents Oceania at the annual FIFA Intercontinental Cup™ and the quadrennial FIFA Club World Cup™.
